PROCEDURE FOR GETTING SIGNATURE ON CEA FORMS
1. Due to the crisis of COVID-19 in the country, there is a need to avoid/minimize the personal contact of parents/guardians with the school staff and vice versa to prevent community transfer of CORONA Virus and maintain the aspect of Social Distancing.
2. Keeping in view of the above situation, the following procedure for obtaining signature on CEA form is hereby mentioned for convenience of parents/guardians:-
(a) The blank CEA Form is attached to this circular. Kindly download the CEA Form and fill the particulars.
(b) The duly filled CEA form will then be forwarded to school in MS Word/PDF Format as an attachment to the email
id firstname.lastname@example.org by the parent/guardian.
(c) The school will then download the CEA Forms and after verification from school records the CEA Forms will be
signed by the Principal.
(d) After the signature, the parent/guardian will be informed by the respective class teacher in class
WhatsApp Group for collection of CEA Forms from School’s Main Gate.
3. Before applying CEA Form parent/guardian will ensure that complete fees of their ward till the date of application has been paid/deposited.
4. No parent/guardian will approach school physically for the above said procedure.
